BIG PROBLEM WITH EXCEL POPULATE

Hi, I am Gencho Tanev from Bulgaria and I have an online store on Zen Cart. I needed to export my products list but when I export it I get only these type of characters: €ÐµÐ°Ñ‚иновÐ
maybe there is a problem with the encoding... I don't know.... Please if you know how to fix this issue tell me...
