Country selector not working correctly also Linkpoint CC mod?

Hello,

This is an incredible mod to oscommerce and I thank you very much for this.

I am having an issue with the country-state selector, I put it on Canada or US and nothing happens, it does not refresh to show the states or provinces, until you go to submit it. I typed the information in clicked submit, then it changed and wanted me to now select it. Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

Also, is there anyway to use Linkpoint CC mod with this?

Ok I have also noticed at the bottom of the browser that their is an error on this page. I clicked the error box and I got this error notice, but there are not 171 lines on the ajax_checkout.php could this be what the error is?  If I click to make an account that works, when I put the country in it refreshes and puts the states on there. But it will not do it on this one page check out. Any ideas?
