AJAX Checkout with condition text confirmation?

I have downloaded this contribution for the oscommerce system. In my shop I have a text displayed for the customer which is needed to be confirmed before the process can be completed. Is it possible to add such an additional page into this contribution?

Hello,

Sure thing it is possible. Not sure where do you use it, but you can try to alter the code and place a checkbox somewhere you need,
and an optional javascript to check the checkbox was checked or not.
