I am in need of assistance from anyone with experience with the Advancesoft Custom T-shirt module. There are a few issues that we need assistance with and so far we have not gotten much support or timely answers to basic questions from Advancesoft. I am really regretting not fully testing the custom t-shirt module prior to purchase as it doesn't seem very functional... Issues we are having so far that we cannot get timely responses on, or any assistance at all.
1. CSS issues with module, the module will allow drag and drop of an custom uploaded image onto a t-shirt for custom designs, however the module will not allow drag and drop on Mozilla Firefox, however it does work on Internet Explorer.
2. Once t-shirt is created, you cannot view the back and front sides of the t-shirt once created and added to cart.
These are the most urgent issues so far, anyone have other issues that I should look out for, as well as any assistance you can lend would be helpful as i am not getting timely followup from Advancesoft.....
