Google Checkout Level 2 no order in admin

Hello there,

Thanks for the Google Checkout Level 2 contribution.
After installing, everything works fine, except that the order does not appear in the osCommerce admin. It shows in the corresponding buyer's and seller's Google Checkout sites, but not in the osCommerce admin.

Also is there a way to include USPS First Class as a shipping method?
