Checkout Module DOES NOT WORK (resolved)

We just paid $200 for your checkout module. Followed the instructions perfectly - tripple checked all code changes, and the outcome is a blank page once we hit "checkout". Our template appears, but it's missing the shipping and billing info!

The only thing I can think of is that we're using STS - simple template system...

Please advise how we can resolve - otherwise we're requesting a full refund.

Thank you for purchasing our Ajax Checkout contribution.
However, you have purchased the module 'with the source code' included
and we cannot issue a refund becuase you already have the source code
and there are no guaraties you will not use it etc. We could refund only contributions without the source code.

First of all, you should have contact us before purchasing with the qestion about STS system.
There is nowhere noted that our contribution supports STS system. The module is
written for OsCommerce, and each modification you add to your store could cause problems
anywhere, not just in our contribution.

To resolve this issue we propose you to fix this thing, however, we will need an access to
your store (FTP, cPanel preferred, admin part access). We are familiar with STS and I
think we will fix it.

The thing was fixed for a client using MS2.2 store + STS template system.
Unfortunately, it was not CRE loaded store.

Yes, Alex was very helpful in resolving my issue w/ STS.

The storefront has been running very nicely w/ the Ajax Payment module for a few months now.

Hi there, not sure what you said to mojomuse, but i was struggling with the ajax checkout, we have osc 2.2 installed with STS, any advice?
Oh it does not work at all, page loads with nothing...

I am happy to give you access to our test server to see if you can diagnose to problem but i'm sure it would be the sts thing
