Google Checkout 2 Not Working...

Hello from the USA!

I just purchased Google Checkout 2 with installation support. I went
ahead and installed myself on a very new installation of OSC 2.2 RC1
However, I am using the STS 4.58 template system. Below is the error
that I am getting when I try to add to the cart and I am not seeing
the Google checkout button or any payment options.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Mark,

It is, obviously, a localization problem: check your shipping modules for a proper zones configuration.
Error shows "a.geo_zone_id =" empty field, thus some misconfiguration have occurred somewhere.

Thank you for your suggestion. I did go into
the configuration and correctly configured
the Zones. So the first problem is fixed!

Google Sandbox Mode:
I believe that I have correctly configured
the Sandbox mode. I set Google to the
correct API callback URL and set the
callback method to XML.

So I login to My Store, make a purchase, then checkout, then click
on the Google Checkout button (it is not the sandbox version even though
I am in the sandbox mode) Then I get:

Hello Mark,

First of all, re-read the installation & configuration instructions. Carefully make everything what is written in there.
I think that problem arises because either of 2 possible reasons:

1. None of the Shipping Modules (Google Checkout shipping modules) are turned ON or used
2. The merchant-calculation-shipping is not working properly for some reason. If there's any error, you could
check it in Google Checkout Account, somewhere in "Integration" tab or nearby.

So, first of all check if you have installed at least one google checkout shipping module in OsCommerce Admin->Modules->Shipping.
E.g. you could install 1 simple module "Flat rate" and turn OFF all others. If this will not help, check the error console at google account - and let me know.

P.S. In the Oscommerce Admin->Modules->Payment->gChekcout->Edit is "google sandbox" radio button is selected?

Hello Alex,

I have carefully checked the installation instructions. I believe
that the shipping modules were configured properly though I
tried uninstalling all of them and installing the Google one only.
I checked the error console at both Google accounts and
there were no errors at all. I have tried both the Sandbox mode
and the Merchant mode using the correct keys. When I switch
your program into the Merchant mode I am seeing the correct
screen and when I switch your program into the Sandbox mode
I am being transferred to Googles Sandbox Checkout system as I
am getting all of the Red warnings.

Above is where I am being transferred to the Google
Sandbox Checkout system. Then I logon with my
Sandbox User account and I am unable to place
the order. I have tried the same procedure
with my Merchant account with the same results -
no way to checkout or select shipping.

Any Suggestions? So are you going to finish
the installation as no one has contacted me yet?

Also, by way of background I am Physicist and am familiar with
four operating systems and many programing languages. Though
I do not have any experience with OSCcommerce and little with
Apache Server Configuration and the like.
